1. Download the App
1.1 Downloading Joysy on your mobile device
Install the latest version of Joyy from the Apple App store. Note that Joysy is currently not available on Google Play but we are planning a future release.
1.2 Install the app
Follow the onboarding instructions to install the app. It takes less than a minute. Note that NO account creation or registration is required!
2. Do a Belly Breathing Exercise
2.1 Pick a breathing exercise
You can pick from many available breathing exercises including Calm, Anxiety, Depression, Confidence, Sleep and more. Once you pick an exercise you can start the breathing cycle and follow instructions.
2.2 Create a custom exercise
You can create a custom exercise that suits your body. You can customize inhale/exhale/hold times, as well as duration.
2.3 Pick a background video scene
Pick from many beautiful background videos such as "Beach", "Pet the Cat" and many more! The background scenes help you focus and tame your racing thoughts.
